plus:

Christine Corthorn – ceramics
Most of my current work is both ornamental and functional involving a variety of construction techniques. Shapes found in nature usually inspire initial designs and glazes, and oxides are then used to create surface patterns or to emphasise textures. Each piece is unique.

William Poole – wood
local wood-turner and bee-keeper William Poole. Enjoy the timeless beauty of natural wood with one of William’s individually crafted wooden pieces.

Zed Bags by Zylpha Thomson – textiles
Making bags is the natural progression of a lifetime of sewing starting, aged 8, with dolls clothes. I choose my fabrics with a certain bag in mind and only make a couple in the same fabric – even then they will be slightly different. Handbags are seductive, tactile and essential to any woman’s wardrobe. What better fashion accessory could a woman want than a unique, handmade bag.

Tigermuffin Soaps by Matthew Lepp – skincare products
Makes a range of handmade soaps and bodycare products.

Walking on Glass by Alexis Valentine – glass engraver
I create bespoke hand drilled engraved and sand carved glass & crystal gifts for all occasions from walking challenges to weddings, birthdays, pet & people portraits, awards and special presentation pieces. I also engrave my own unique artwork on glass and you can find me and my work at all of the best art & craft fairs around Lancashire.
